Refund / Return Policy

At J2 Oud, we are committed to providing premium fragrances that embody elegance, confidence, and individuality. Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Returns

  • You may request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery.

  • To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at info@idesignstech.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of incorrect or defective items sent by J2 Oud.

3. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different fragrance, size, or product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

  • Every J2 Oud product is carefully inspected before shipping. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with a photo of the product and packaging.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened fragrances, oils, or sprays

  • Gift boxes once unwrapped

  • Clearance or promotional items
